Press brakes are tools used to bend sheet metals in a predetermined shape by clamping work piece between a matching punch and die. For sheet metal fabrication, these press brakes are on major investment. DivideByZero, using their Aeqon 400 V3 machine printed high strength plastic press brakes that can be used to bend sheet metal items. By doing so, cost of making press brake has been reduce by 60% – 80% and it is ideal for short run production needs.
